P&H Insulation Services has been successfully trading for the past 25 years with over 45years experience within the insulation industry. With our technical know how we design complex configurations by geometrical and triangulation pattern drafting to aid in designing our products for a more accurate fitting. We manufacture high quality purpose made removable valve and flange jackets with Velcro fastening and draw string cord for easy removal during maintenance suitable for temperatures up to 1000°C. Our removable insulation jackets are suitable for use in the oil/chemical/plant room and marine sectors. We have previously supplied companies that have used our products on Lindsey Oil Refinery, Conoco Phillips, Humber Power, BP Saltend and various chemical plants to name but a few.

Our Product Specifications

Standard Specification up to 250°C

  • Grey silicone coated glass cloth (inner face and outer face).
  • Rockwool infill.
  • Flame retardent velcro and cord drawstrings.  

Standard specification up to 400°C

  • Plain glass cloth inner face.
  • Silicone coated glass cloth outer face.
  • Rockwool infill.
  • Flame retardent velcro and cord drawstrings.

Standard Specification up to 600°C

  • Graphite coated fabric 1-5mm thick (which assists in applications were flexing is involved)
  • Insulfrax/Superwool/Needle Blanket/Rockwool infill.

Alternative specification available for temperatures up to 1000°C availble upon request.
